Finding Nemo

I caved. When at wit's end, redirect.

We've been to see the movie Finding Nemo and it rocked. I'm a huge fan of Pixar pictures and this joins the ranks. It's been awhile since I laughed quite so hard and with my loved ones beside me to boot.

The really cool thing about Pixar movies is that although they are extremely set towards children, there are adult overtones that kids just fly right by. And the way the movies are done is amazing as well. I loved the colors and the humor and the story...such a story. Ellen Degeneres as Dory cracked me up beyond belief. "keep swimming, keep swimming" and her memory, astoundingly, is quite like mine some days! Just an entirely cute movie. "fish are friends, not food".

If you have kiddos, I highly recommend seeing it in the theater on the big screen. And if you don't have kiddos, see it too. It's really an adorable movie.
