Coffee in the car faces and flog me with good food!

I saw a guy in his car this morning, one of those little Escort-looking things and I'm thinking standard by the way he drove it. We kept getting caught at the same stop lights and the second time I glanced over, he was making the most gawd-awful face after having sipped his coffee and it made me giggle like mad. It sort of resembled the Lion King's snout when he roared..only description I can think of at this point. And I wondered if it was too hot or if it was one of those pots that tasted like it'd traveled through his car's engine and back out. Acrid. McDonald's coffee that's sat for hours collecting deposits.

Anyway, a funny face made while driving was a perk to my morning.

I'm cold and snuffly and lazy this morning. I have laundry I need to do and no motivation to do it. Where's my fairy godmother when I need her? Bring on the magic wand, woman!

My breakfast this morning consisted of a Poptart and a pudding cup. How healthy am I? Brings me back to thinking I need to make an effort to eat more things that are good for me. I don't normally eat breakfast at all (which is bad, I know) and will usually just grab something small for lunch. I think it would help my energy a bit and help me to cut back on my Mt. Dew addiction if I ate a tad more regularly.

It's not the veggie thing--I eat tons of those. I just don't eat anything rich in iron (I'm sporadically anemic) and I need to make sure I'm getting other things mixed in there as well, not including soda.

The lady up the street who doesn't like to eat and doesn't like to poop put out her Halloween decor in the last couple days, which means of course that mine is due to go out. It's not so much a "keeping up with the Anorexics" as it is a "get it up more than a couple days in advance" sort of thing. Makes the boys really happy to come home and see.

Ack. I suppose my laundry does need done. Off to haul baskets up and down the stairs. Have a lovely almost Friday all.
