Rain, Rain, Rain

Our trip to the Nascar truck time trials was completely rained out today. It poured off and on (mostly on) all stinking day. And when it wasn't actively raining, everything remained drenched. I figured the boys would get antsy standing in the stands at the speedway. So we nixed the idea of race-watching and instead went to see National Treasure at the dollar theater. J and Avery came along as well and we had a good time. Trevor is spending tonight up at J's and will be home sometime tomorrow.
Ryan is going to the actual Nascar truck races tomorrow with my aunt. Long story short, my uncle's best friend is in the hospital with congestive heart failure and his ticket is now free. They're opting to take Ry, although they'd initially wanted Trevor since Wednesday was his b-day but he didn't want to leave J's SO...lucky Ry.
My house is going to be very quiet for awhile tomorrow. I'm going to spend the better part of it snuggling little Pnut. I'm very much looking forward to baby time. She's so small still, but full of personality.
National Treasure was sort of like a modern day Indiana Jones-ish kind of film. Funny.
It's only supposed to be in the 50's tomorrow, such a drastic change from the last several days. I suppose it goes with the territory but it's still confuzzling. You just never know what to wear!
Off to bed as I have a full day tomorrow. Happy Saturday, all.
