Excuse me, can I borrow YOUR skin?

I give up on this day.

I, like others, have parts of my life I keep private and to myself, for my own reasons. The good part about that is it's mine and mine alone. The bad part about that is that when things are a little wobbly, I have no one in the world to bounce things off of, or who can even help me sort through the ick.

ICK.

Today is just an off day. Nothing feels right or sounds right or even looks right. My clothes feel like someone else's and I'm not even comfortable in my own skin.

I just don't ...fit.
